Our Approach — Aircraft Program & Project Management 

Cabin modification programs happen in high stakes environments touching design engineering, regulatory approval, sourcing, and production - often across several organisations at once. 
Our phased methodology keeps these strands aligned from the first feasibility question to the final production audit, so you always know where the program stands and what happens next.

Feasibility and Conceptual Development

Before any commitment is made, we establish whether the program is technically, regulatorily, and commercially viable. This means a structured feasibility study covering the full scope of the modification, together with early coordination across every relevant EASA approval interface - Part 145 (Maintenance), Part 21J (Design), and Part 21G (Production), 1st and 2nd Tier Suppliers. By mapping certification pathways and cross-organisational dependencies at the outset, we surface risks and constraints early, when they are still cheap and easy to resolve.

Planning 

Once viability is confirmed, we translate the concept into a working program plan. This includes capturing your full set of requirements, defining clear objectives, and building a detailed plan covering sourcing strategy, resource allocation, and key milestones. This plan becomes the program baseline -the single reference point against which progress, risk, and any future changes are measured throughout execution.

Product Design Development

Here the design is refined into a solution that is fully fit for your aircraft and mission profile. We run a systematic risk assessment to catch design-related hazards early, and evaluate every design output against manufacturing realities, maintenance access, and serviceability. The result is a design configuration that is not only technically sound but also certifiable and practical to maintain in service.

Process Design Development

A good design still needs a reliable way to be built. This phase establishes the production and operational processes behind the program - optimised workflows, embedded quality control, the right capacities, materials and equipment, and work instructions aligned to applicable regulatory standards. The goal is a production process that scales with program demand without ever compromising quality or compliance.

Product and Process Design Validation

Before series production begins, we build the documented evidence that both the product and its production process meet all quality, performance, and regulatory requirements. This is done through structured audits, conformity inspections, and production trials conducted within the applicable EASA framework. Completing this phase confirms the program is ready for series production and gives you the certification-ready documentation needed for regulatory submission and customer acceptance.

Ongoing Production Auditing

Quality doesn't stop once production starts. We maintain continuous oversight through regular production audits and performance reviews, tracking compliance, catching deviations early, and confirming that key performance indicators are being met. A structured continuous improvement process ensures lessons learned are captured and turned into measurable gains in efficiency, quality, and overall program performance over time.
